Visual indicator for terror radius heartbeat for hearing impaired
I noticed an interesting comment elsewhere from someone who is hearing impaired who plays survivor saying they had been using Spine Chill as a proxy for having trouble hearing the terror radius heartbeat sound. And I realized that one of the things DbD Mobile has that the PC/Console version doesn’t is a visual indicator for the terror radius heartbeat (i.e. it has a heart that glows brighter the louder the terror heartbeat is.) It might be useful for the devs to think about adding an optional visual terror radius indicator to the PC/Console game to assist people with hearing impairments, or even just people with bad headphones or speakers. It doesn’t have to be literally the giant glowing red heart in the survivor’s chest that the Mobile version has, but really anything fairly easily visible of the HUD would probably work.

Seconded.
Perks to cover accessibility gaps is bad, and while hard of hearing survivors do have other options without Spine Chill, they shouldn't need to rely on them. Something like that heart would be a great optional element to help those with hearing issues, and I doubt it'd provide that much of a benefit to other players.
Absolutely agree.
This would be a good optional HUD element. My friend can't wear headphones while playing, he has to use the TV speakers, and for some reason the TR is inaudible unless actively in a chase (and even then, sometimes).
