deadharded so hard my game crashed

so i had a game where i lost the first gen to a 4 stack and the people were decent enough. im new to nurse and all but eventually i got 2 hooked by eachother and claud tried saving the day. i waited out dead hard but instead of me hitting her she kept running to the corner of the map and so i tried blinking and my charge was stuck. i disconnected and then the game crashed about EAC couldnt intitialize. was this cheating? there was a pc player hooked but he didnt even show in my recent players?
