Lethal Pursuer should also provide a speed boost for the duration it's active.
Currently it feels like the perk isn't really doing enough to be worth equipping for the majority of killers, which is why i think giving it a speed boost while it's active would fix that.
Also it would go along with the theme of Nemesis aswell.
