Vigil buff?

I was thinking and I know Im not alone in this. Make vigil allow exhaust regen at a 120/100/80 seconds while running (like exhaust while running used to). Vigil honestly needs a buff and maybe for things that are permanent till healed, like sloppy butchers mangled till healed make it go away within 40/50/60 seconds.
