Survivors forcing the "tunnel." Pls fix

A survivor gets unhooked. The killer downs the rescuer. The unhooked survivor bodyblocks, takes a down, and then crawls on top of the rescuer. The killer has a 50/50 chance of accientally tunneling the survivor and potentially eating a Decisive Strike (leaving the rescuer to be picked up off the ground while the killer's stunned).

Can killers please be shown the name of the player that will be picked up ("Pick Up [Player Name]" instead of simply "Pick Up")?

Even this might not be enough, since they can wiggle on top of eachother to constantly change who gets picked up, causing the killer to accidentally pick up the wrong person. The person who will be picked up should alternate, and only when moving away from them and then back over them. Something...

  • A survivor gets unhooked. The killer downs the rescuer. That means you are already there, so you are at either proxy camping or they are going for an insta save.

The unhooked survivor bodyblocks, takes a down, and then crawls on top of the rescuer. SO now you have 2 downs, and 2 survivors are not doing the objective... and this is an issue why?

The killer has a 50/50 chance of accientally tunneling the survivor and potentially eating a Decisive Strike. So let's say you have 50% of the time you pick up the unhooker and now you have one down, one hooked and the other 50% you pick up and eat the d strike. Now D strike is gone for the rest of the game and you still get to hook the unhooker.

(leaving the rescuer to be picked up off the ground while the killer's stunned). In what match are survivors being picked picked up in 4 seconds? Be a little realistic. Maybe with for the people but then you get a 3rd person injured. This does not happen, EVER.

  • Is taking that 5 second stun so bad though? Obviously you must have downed the unhooked survivor right after the unhooker. So if the unhooked survivor stuns you with DS, you'll still have the survivor that unhooked. Plus you don't have to worry about DS anymore on that survivor.

That isn't tunneling though. No matter if you did hook the same survivor twice, as it wasn't intentional on your part.

If the freshly unhooked survivor runs back into the fray and also gets downed, it's not even body blocking. It's stupidity and losing the match 🤣.

Even if they manage the DS stun, you still have a downed character and now they've wasted their DS, it's a stupid play that benefits the killer.

But I mean,, if you somehow run into this scenario again, I'd just leave them on the ground til the DS timer runs out before hooking.

What if the killer doesn't want to eat the DS because it would change which survivor the Obsession is?

I get it; the situation can be played around, but DS should be a defensive tool, not offensive.

  • If I were to fix this, make it so that Survivors left on the ground cannot collide with each others. So they are group up but not inside each other. A small change

  • Well, this is not tunneling if the survivor himself chose the path of suicide.

A short list of things that are not gameplay tunneling for 2022:

    1. The survivor taken off the hook runs towards you with DS, you have every right to follow him after using the DS and after the second removal, this will not be tunneling, the survivor himself wanted to die
    2. Survivor jumps into closet to get your attention while having DS
    3. The Survivor tries to close another Survivor in any way by using his DS
    4. The survivor is toxic, and is spinning around you trying to attract attention, making noise, clicking a flashlight, if you catch one, you can even camp, the survivor himself wanted attention.
    5. If the survivor after being unhooked managed to heal or began to repair the generator or rescue other survivors, this is also not tunneling. Moreover, if after hanging a survivor you hanged another and returned to the first one, then this is no longer tunneling,
