Did accessing the PTB get changed?

I'm on steam, but the "Access public test build" choice seems to be missing from the "properties" tab.

is anyone on the ptb, or has it not been made public yet?

It won't be public until the stream is over.

You can choose it where you can always choose it already. - Might have to restart Steam. For me it didn't show up; upin restarting Steam it was where it always is :)
