Replace Survivor Grades with Character Portraits on End Screen

Like the title says :)

I'm on board with removing the grades from being visible, and think it'd be a good idea to put the character portraits there in the same place so we can easily associate the players by character, rather than by name (which isn't that helpful).

Right now, if I'm thinking "which one was the 'X' character", I have to go through a couple of steps to work this out, whereas with the portraits it's obviously shown directly.

    Yeah, better than the nothing now.

    But in general it would be better if they find a possibility to show kind of your mmr.

    Will be interesting to see. I think a lot of people won´t like seeing (and showing) no indicator of skill at all.
