Cannibal - addons
Cannibal has a few useless or bugged addons. I want to introduce my ideas to change his addons.
First BHVR should fix Cannibal's cooldowns after successful Chainsaw Attack, because it's bugged.
Second BHVR should fix Carburetor Tunning Guide, because this addon tremendously decreases movement speed during a Chainsaw Sweep

CHAINSAW FILE
Old : Decreases Tantrum duration by 0.50 seconds
New : Decreases Tantrum duration by 1.00 seconds
HOMEMADE MUFFLER
Old : Decreases Tantrum duration by 1.00 seconds
New : Decreases Tantrum duration by 2.00 seconds
LONG GUIDE BAR
Old : Increases Revving threshold before triggering a Tantrum by 2.00 seconds
New : Increases Chainsaw Revving movement speed by 3.75%
THE GREASE
Old : Increases Revving threshold before triggering a Tantrum by 3.00 seconds
New : Increases Chainsaw Revving movement speed by 5.50%
SHOP LUBRICANT
Old :
Downing a Survivor with Chainsaw while no other Survivors are in the Terror Radius will cloak that Survivor's aura for 20.00 seconds
New : After breaking a Pallet increases Recharge Rate speed by 35.00% for 24.00 seconds
RUSTED CHAINS
Old : Survivors injured by a Chainsaw suffer from Broken Status Effect for 90.00 seconds
New : Decreases Survivors Repairing speed by 15.00% until fully healed while they injured by a Chainsaw
DEPTH GAUGE RAKE
Old :
Grants 1 additional Chainsaw Charge
Decreases Chainsaw Sweep movement speed by 2.00%
Increases time required to Charge a Chainsaw by 18.00%
New :
Grants 1 additional Chainsaw Charge
Increases missed Chainsaw attack cooldown by 20.00%
Quick overview
Tantrum addons:
In my opinion 0.50/1.00 seconds do nothing, because just good Cannibal doesn't bump to much.
Good Bubba can bump average 1/2 times during a match.
Longer Revving addons (The Grease and Long Guide Bar)
These addons are made with thought of camping in my opinion.
Shop Lubricant
This addon can be used 1 time during a 20 matches do be honest. It's useless.
Rusted Chains
This addon isn't that bad, but decreases injured Survivors repairing speed is very good against gen rushers.
Depth Gauge Rake
Movement speed penalty is to painful (especially on high MMR). Now this addon is useless.
