Urban Evasion & New Toggle

I love the new toggle mechanic. Historically, I haven't used Urban Evasion because it hurts my hand. I decided to try it again last night for the first time in a while. The new toggle mechanic doesn't work with it. What's up with that?

Toggling is for interactions, nothing related to your character's base movement is affected.

It really is, it's clear though that Behavior doesn't place accessibility as one it's main priorities which sucks.

If they did care about accessibility then clicking, MnK support for console, a reduction in flashing lights and rapid light changes, and proper controller settings would have come by now.
