They went into the general pool for all players, cluttering the Bloodwebs of every survivor for the rest of eternity.
Oh okay, so they became like the free "neutral" perks
Yes, just like Spine Chill and Resilience. Available to all players whether or not they own the Stranger Things chapter.
Same thing happened with Demo's perks, they are now available to all killers regardless of whether or not the player owns Demo.
