I think this perk really needs some love, just enough to make it more useful, like increasing the acceleration of the sacrifice progression from 9% to 12% or something like that.

    Nah, make it make the basement hooks scourge hooks, and possibly make it so that the hooks inflict the Broken status when you unhook someone so they cannot as easily reset.
