Allow Multiple Survivors to Share 1 Hook

I've been finding it very difficult to deal with all the slugged survivors under the hook I'm face camping as Bubba. Is it possible to allow Leatherface the ability to stack multiple survivors on the same hook? Kind of like cord wood?
