I mean, have you played with even just MDR? There's only a few problematic add-ons and their coincidentally on the 3 strongest killers.

If they shadownerfed Spirit, they will suffer accordingly (negative posts on social media)
The only mentioned "change" to Spirit in the patchnotes was a bug fix:
