Need nerf 99% heal progress

Hello. With the release of perks for healing and perks that work from the health of survivors, the ability to leave healing at 99% should be nerfed. I suggest adding a scale regression when repairing the generator.

Why this should be added:

Many will abuse perks like "Resilience", leaving the healing at 99% in order to be able to repair the generator faster.

Scourge Hook: Gift Of Pain. Too many conditions for the perk to work do not allow it to work properly, especially since 99% of the healing progress.

Necessary changes

While running, the healing progress bar slowly regresses.

During the repair of the generator, the scale regresses twice as fast.

Bleeding - increases the effect.

  • resilience isn't exactly the cream of the crop of perks and 9% speed doesn't justify nerfing healing

  • Possibility to heal on the chase itself is ridiculous, yeah...

  • Survivors will just not bother healing and instead focus on gens.

    What's the problem tho

  • If survivors focus on gens instead of healing then they'll finish the gens faster which puts more pressure on the killer instead of the killer putting pressure on the survivors. As killer you want survivors off gens healing.

  • Resilience is literally the only reason to 99 a heal. So basically, you have an issue with Resilience?

    9% with 4 survivors is 36%

The problem is not Resilience, I'm not saying that you need to nerf the perk, let it work as it works. The problem is that the survivor gets a 99% heal bonus, even though that bonus should be given when he's wounded. Can you hear the difference?

But I was talking about another perk, Gift Of Pain, but you can also take the Bloody Coil trapper addon.

Then they will die, that's the profit. natural exchange. But I doubt that with perks like COH, they will repair the wounded.

No one is nerfing healing speed. And if the bonus is not so big, then why cling to the idea of healing at 99% only if it's not too good. I think it is just the defense of this idea that says that 99% of the treatment process should be somehow punished. It turns out that a survivor can have a bonus to repair and not have a nerf from killer perks and be healthy at the same time.

If you want to be instantly healthy, you have a syringe, if you want to survive the blow - you have a powder, if you want to repair the wounded, then you must have a risk that you will fall, if you want to repair whole, get a debuff. Seems like a smart choice

  • If Resilience really bothers you that much, run Thanatophobia. They’ll be hurting their team more than it helps them to stay injured. Resilience and 99% healing is fine. The only way to finish the heal consistently is with Self-Care or a medkit - typically both. Which is one less meta perk for you to have to deal with.

  • Imagine peeps wanting to not allow Myers or poor poor Ghostface to 99 their stalks and force them to degrade over time...

thats a core part of how to play those killers in any meaningful way against high mmr survivors.

I agree, just waiting for someone to ask for such nurfs as well. I can feel it coming...

  • Ruin for healing? KEKW

Although it wouldn't be crazy if it just regressed until 95% (like the recover limit), but there are just so many more urgent problems in the game right now...
