Teachable Perks

Hello everyone!

I just thought of a teachable related thing and what if every Survivor would start with their teachables at Perk Tier 3? I mean, it wouldn't hurt. First of all it'd reduce the grind for a slight bit and you wouldn't have situation like these:

Sure, Jonah apparently knows Circle of Healing better than his own teachables. It's kinda depressing to see. Starting at Perk Tier 3 would make perfect sense since they're the ones who TEACH others those abilities.

Yep, makes sense to me, which is exactly why it will never be added.
