This kind of situation is why I think the game should have a timer where if no scoring events happen for, say, five minutes then the end game collapse starts.
Please make sure to have made an in-game report against the player and send any additional evidence that you have to Support https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new As this is taking the game hostage and is something we do take action on.
