Is there currently a survivor FOV glitch?
I'm spectating one survivor in a game and the camera is super zoomed out but only for her. She's on console so I doubt she could be hacking but why is the camera so far away? If the FOV is that way for her it would be crazy OP. It must be a glitch, right?

Most likely it is a bug related to spectators.
It sounds to me like spectating may have bugged out I don't think even if they had it set that way that you would be able to see it
That would be a bug. Their camera would be pointed at the ground in spectator mode if they were using a non-native resolution
