Killers please stop complaining about SWF

Are we not allowed to play with friends? Do I really deserve to get banned because I like to play survivor with people I usually hang out with? It makes no sense and it’s nauseating to hear.

I have over 1300 hours in this game and have never complained about SWFs in my killer games. If I lose, I either get annoyed by the map, bugs, or I just come to realization that I didn’t play well enough. It’s not survivors’ faults for wanting to play with their friends.

Sorry for the rant, but as someone who probably has more bias towards killer than survivor, I really get annoyed hearing that SWF is off limits.

Honestly I’d rather not have voice chat with randoms. My friend is a streamer and if we get a troll that says slurs then he’ll probably get banned lol.

Then have there be a mute option lol.

It would just be slower for them, ideally. What we're trying to do is nerf SWF without nerfing solo.

I play killer a lot without slowdowns and i have all the achievements.

Ahhh yes insults instead of adding anything to the conversation.

For the record i play in a swf with friends often and i still think swf is overall the strongest thing in the gams

When they last put out stats (like over two years ago) they stated about half of all survs were in at least a two-man SWF. No doubt that number has increased with just how lovely it is in solo queue these days.

Also keep in mind the vast majority of the DBD playerbase is on one of the various consoles, where the role killer is played much less so there's an abundance of survs, plus party chat is built in and very simple to use.

SWF are here to stay, in the same queue as solos, and comms are here to stay too, as there's not much the devs can do at all to disrupt it either.

We need to work within those realities and frame our suggestions with them in mind, just as we need to keep the entire playerbase in mind too.

Ahhh I was lumping all groups together. I believe they said most SWF are just two-mans.
