So just escaped on the asylum without being hit and yet didn't receive the achievement, is this happening to anyone else?

    Was it Disturbed Ward or was it Campbell's Chapel? It needs to be the former map, not the latter.

    AH ok thanks heaps that helps a lot since the achievement had no explanation for it.
