You should fire the design team
I think there have been some very bad decisions design wise over the last 6 months.
SBMM doesn't really work, boons are busted, killers feel lackluster, survivor is getting more boring as it gets so easy to escape.
You guys need some fresh blood, seriously whoever designed the SBMM system are harming the game they really shouldn't be allowed to come up with any ideas anymore.
If you don't want to fire them then give them a role befitting their ability to make decisions, janitor, front desk greeter something where they have very little responsibility and can't make anymroe terrible decisions.
Unless of course its an upper managment "yes man" kind of scenario in which there is truely no hope.

Don't fire them, just put them in a different department in BHVR.
