New hex perk suggestion
Suggestion for a new hex perk: pentimento (name can change...pain, pena...whatever).
Survivor are exausted and all action speed for them are capped to base speed, even if they cooperate. Maybe also exit gate regression.

It’s Pentimento (think like a Pentagram with five points which are the totems.)
I know I am Italian. This is a suggestion for a New perk, patimento is only a name that can change.
Gotcha, thought you were suggesting a change to Pentimento.
Permanent exhaustion by itself would already be decent honestly.
