It's all luck, I got BBQ in the first few bloodwebs on her, but now I'm Level 43 and can't get bbq at all.
It does suck though that you can't seem to find it.
Ah yes, for some reason it also likes giving me a ton of Haddonfield offerings.
I think the devs put in some anti Karma. They know what you want and won't give it to you.
