1. Survivors often have enough time to pick up their item that they dropped from solving the Lament Configuration
2. Any loop with high enough 'walls' can render his power useless
3. The Chain Hunt stops for every other survivor the moment the Lament Configuration is picked up
4. if The Cenobite is committed to an action (e.g. carrying a survivor) he cannot stop you from solving the Lament Configuration
5. The base time for the Chain Hunt to start is 90 seconds, which is 10 seconds longer than it takes to finish a gen
6. The Cenobite cannot even move while using his power
7. The Cenobite cannot cancel his teleport
8. The Cenobite's Possessed chain has an extremely limited turn rate, if you look behind you it is easily dodge-able and The Cenobite instantly loses the chase due to Point Number 6 stated above.
9. His chains have a maximum range of 24 meters, while his Terror Radius is 32 meters, which means you have an 8 meter window to avoid the chains entirely
10. If you are working on a gen that allows you to repair in a tight corner, the Chain Hunt may easily be unable to target you.

If you believe any of these reasons makes him the same tier as Nurse, I would very well like you to explain that to me.

I was booning a totem and it pulled me off. Even if the cube isn't at 100. Something like 75% it pulls you off. I gotta get used to this trash OP killer. But I think HE IS COOL

I agree that we should say something worthy to new members. Though I notice him quite hostile to old-timer members, especially to killers, or perhaps because the new member is also a survivor main.
