is there any idea about how MMR for killer goes?

Goes up when you get sacrifices. Goes up faster the more you get.
Each game is treated as four 1v1s. MMR goes up for kills, down for escapes, no change for hatches. The amount each one raises or lowers depends on the relative difference between your MMR and the survivors MMR.
Survivor has higher MMR than you and you kill them = large increase.
Lower MMR and you kill them = small increase.
Lower MMR and they escape = small decrease.
Higher MMR and they escape = large decrease.
Add all four up and that's your net change for that game.
so realistically im doing fine with letting 1 escape all games (by doors since hatch seems to not do anything, at least for survivors guess for killer may be same?), but may not even be enough...
If by "doing fine" you mean "increasing your MMR", sure getting a 3K is a safe bet.
