I tried this last night. It does not work. Lightborn will prevent you from being blinded, which stops the add on from activating.
I mean you can't be blinded and the effect says for 30 seconds after being blinded
That addon mystifies me. It's not as bottom-of-the-barrel stupid as it used to be, but an addon that relies on a survivor having and using an item is bonkers to me. Moreso that it requires them to successfully use it and doesn't complement the perk that birthed its idea in the first place.
An item-reliant addon is a bad idea.
