Evil incarnated achievement needs a change now
Why is it people say run tombstone and the tuff of hair it doesn't work sure change where did they go to be just escape through hatch with key yes their doing that and not just change this achievement. Seriously Evil incarnate and Where did they go were the hard achievements to get now their just saying here survivors an achievement that was extremely hard to get now made easy. Okay then do the same with evil incarnated.

Erm... Yes, the Tombstone Piece has this part.
Interesting grammar but I’ll try to decipher it.
Your thread title is about the Evil Incarnate achievement needing a change. Your post has nothing to do with the achievement, but rather how the add-on descriptions confuse you. Tombstone Piece does not say you keep EW3 after a survivor kill but that is beside the point of your thread title. Here is the description:
The achievement does not need a change because you can run both iridescent add-ons to accomplish this.
To be fair here, it has that part about resetting to tier 2 on the wiki, the in-game description just reads that it drains the power of evil within, which I guess, if you aren't familiar with the addon, could be confusing to people.
Evil Incarnate is only hard killer achievement left, so I really don't want it changes.
Adepts are easy after resets.
We need more hard achievements.
Fair enough, I only checked the Wiki. And IMO the wiki should include the actual description of the Add-On and not add parts to it in the description itself.
However, even if you only have the Part with "Considerably drains" in the text, it is highly unlikely that you will have enough stalk left to kill 4 Survivors and impossible that the Fragrant Tuft will help you with that. At least this would be the conclusion if we only look at the ingame text.
But in the end, it does not really matter anyway. This happens once and afterwards players know it. And it is not really a problem with the Achievement anyway.
As long as the added parts only reflect what the addon actually does, I see no issue with the wiki doing it that way. IMO, it's actually preferable to fix ambiguous or misleading descriptions, which are plentiful in DbD.
