It's already a counter to pallet stun and flashlight so why should Jail counter BT and WGLF stacks ?

I'd assume because it's a special ability despite working as a hook. And also because PH doesn't know where they are.
So it'd be weird to give them those 2 perks
Because the trade off that survivor hook based not working off cage rescues is that hook related perks don't work with his cages either.
Meaning BBQ and Pop are less useful on a Pyramid Head who is caging survivors.
My peeve here is We'll Make It. It ought to trigger regardless, while BT and WGLF both make assumptions of a killer's proximity.
