Clairvoyance should activate when you Bless a Totem

The new perk with Mikalela Reid should work when you bless a totem, not cleanse a totem. Thematically it just doesn't make sense that it works when you cleanse a totem.

It's a horrible-horrible perk and will probably never see the light of day. However, the fact that it's on a survivor that blesses totems, really makes no sense that it works when cleansing instead of blessing.
