Nope, the healing with Plagues fountains can’t get blocked.

Actually, thinking more about it, I am not sure if I was right.
No mither users can cleanse and the broken status effect still lingers (obviously as that is permanent)
but if there is a time-limited broken status (Forced Penance, Deliverance, For The People) cleansing shouldn’t get rid of that? Question is.. do survs get healed after cleansing and the timer runs out, or should they wait with the cleansing until the timer is over?
maybe someone else already tested it?
