So Deathslinger can now shoot through walls, pallets, rocks, and most "solid" objects. What objects actually are solid solid where they can stop hatchets and Deathslinger's bolt gun?

For instance railings in Hawkin's used to stop Deathslinger's rifle but now the bolt goes right through them.
is that a bug or did I miss this in the patchnotes? Because, wow.... way to tell those people that tried to show skill with him they are not welcome here.
I think objects and obstacles need to be modified individually, so things like projectiles can pass through them. Even though we can't see the 'barrier', it's there until they make room for things to pass through.
Assuming it's a bug combined with latency, but Hawkins railing could be shot through before. Rocks could not.
