Hex Rework:
Summery
When a survivor goes up to a Hex they got two options they Cleanse or Destroy the Totem.Cleansing a Totem takes 6 seconds & deactivates the affiliated Hex but does not Destroy the Totem.If a Hex is Cleansed or Destroyed the Hex goes on a Cooldown & after that Cooldown the killer can re-place the Hex.Survivor within 8 Meters of a Hex could hear it.

This just adds unnecessary complication, just make it so you can't bless hex totems, and either give boon perks a token system, or a cooldown once they have been snuffed out.
