The Clown needs a passive ability: farting. Periodically The Clown will fart (with sound effects) and leave behind a green mist in the air; Survivors are afflicted with a status effect if they remain in the gas for too long.

Killers aren't permitted to have a buff with out a "balance" he must first be nerfed twice then he is allowed a buff, we can having the Survivor's cry and complain can we?
