“All Seeinng”- Blood Wraith Add-On, Thoughts?
Weak, Ok or Strong?
I personally dislike it when paired with Silent Bell wraith, as it removes any mind games at loops. I would say it’s ok alone but with Coxcombed Clapper it can be Strong. What does everyone else feel about the add-on?

It's a very strong addon with no downsides. It removes any type of mind gaming at loops because Wraith will know exactly where you are. Paired with Coxcombed Clapper, it makes the addon worse to deal with.
It needs a rework or some sort of downside to make it more balanced/fair.

addons are ok, wraith can’t hit while cloaked and have multiple sound and visual cues to know when he’s nearby, survivors got 3rd person pov with a 360• movable camera, but if you think wallhacks op we should just remove all wallhacks because it’s just not fair for anyone
True, and we all know there's no way to silence that audio cue, nor are there any other sounds or music in the game that can mask them, right?
Just put a cloak time requirement before the aura reading kicks in. It should be used to find hiding survivors, but getting free info on a survivor you're currently chasing is silly. 5 seconds of cloak before it kicks in, and its good to go.
Silent bell, on the other hand, needs a big ol' nerf. Its just slightly weaker Prayer Bead Spirit.
He seems to be the only killer with wall hacks without a downside. You can technically say he does, since he can’t hit while cloaked but he has his uncloak speed boost to make up for it.
Myers and Pig have drastic downsides to their power to gain their wall hacks. The Pig looses Reverse Bear Traps, Boxes and has to be crouched in order to see survivor auras. Making her power close to useless.
Myers cannot get out of Tier 1, has a lower movement speed and shorter lunge.
I agree with OP, it’s needs a change.
Needs to be toned down. It's a strong add-on with nothing hindering it.

I use to be against changing anything on Wraith, but after playing against it constantly it is disgusting. On the rare occurrence (and i mean RARE) that a wraith is not running this addon he is bearable. I don't mean he is easy to beat, but you can at least do something against him and get some sneaky saves or something, not just hook- ding ding- survivor found- uncloak....
but can wraith attack while undetectable like Myers and pig? Also if we talking free info with no downsides spinechill and swf is way more op than a free weak old m1 killer.
If i remember correctly mclean took wraith on as his project along with blight. He wanted them both to have amazing addons that actually fit their role as the killer and all seeing blood was one of them. Personally i like it because it actually gives wraith some scare factor in a 4v1 game. Hes faster he can see you and you don't know when hes gonna pop around the corner. Honestly i feel people are so used to the gimped addons once a very good one is around people think its busted. I find it balanced.

combined with the total invisibility & insane movementspeed he gets (especially when combined with another Windstorm Add On), free wallhacks are just a tad too good.
i think they should either nerf its effects a bit (e.g. adding a timer to it so you only get the wallhacks after X seconds of being cloaked) or add a bit of a downside to it (e.g. longer unlcloacing time / reduced movementspeed / no total invisibility)
