SBMM ruined this game.
Good job behaviour, i want a refund on every dlc and auric cell purchase i made on this game.
This is not what i signed up for when i bought all those stuff, i played this game because it was chill and not competitive, i don't wanna play games to get frustrated and that's what this game is all about now. Why don't you atleast add a casual queue then? Every other competitive game has a casual queue. Don't you devs play this game yourselves? How did you not see this happen? The sbmm doesn't even WORK, every single killer i play i go up against teams where every survivor has 5k hours+ IT'S NOT FUN, even on killers i NEVER played before i go up against those teams, doesn't matter how many matches i win or lose i still go up against it, please tell me if anyone is actually happy with this descision? BHVR you have no idea how to balance this game in a healthy way, don't bring mmr into it when the top mmr in this game is such an incredibly ######### experience for both sides.

It was turned on a day after PH came out, which was last tuesday
It went live with the reset. Which was the 13th.
MMR has been active since the 8th

And the mmr meant nothing until the reset, as you were still getting games by rank rather than mmr.
That's not how it went
Matchmaking since the 8th has been determined by player MMR. The grades are completely meaningless and they were reset because in the new system everyone gets reset back to the lowest so there's incentive to keep playing and get the highest reward next month
But ever since the twitter post I linked, matchmaking has been determined by SBMM.
Going to go ahead and close this thread as the OP has become argumentative with others responding.
Also a reminder, in-game purchases cannot be refunded, and refunds of the game or DLC would have to be handled by the platform in which you purchased them.
