Clarification on Eruption
The perk description says
"losing 6% worth of progress and starts to regress"
This means after the 6% is lost the gen should continue regressing should it not?
Yet I swear this isn't the case sometimes? Does the perk NOT work like that? Is it bugged? Or does a person being o nthe gen and getting incapacitated actually void the regression? If the incap happening actually causes the regression to not continue that is dumb.

It immediately loses 6% and starts to regress like you kicked it. Problem is kicked gens regress at 1/4 the speed it takes to repair them so if a survivor is right there they can make it up quickly even with 16 seconds of not being able to work on it (4 seconds to make back the 16 lost)
This is how the perk should work. After the explosion, damaging 6% of the generator, or about 4.8 seconds of progress, the generator begins to regress normally at 0,5 charges per second.
However, it may be similar to Surge in that, if a survivor is working on the generator while the explosion goes off (and thus is incapacitated) the regression doesn't start since it thinks the survivor being on the generator stops the regression.
If Eruption procs when a survivor is on the gen, the survivor working on the gen will stop the regression before getting kicked off due to incapacitated status.
Yeah that needs to be changed. It's a small thing but that is big at the same time. The incap is kinda pointless if the gen doesn't continue to regress and vice versa.
wow, I really wasn't tripping then. I was wondering if I was taking crazy pills or something. That is super lame :(
Yeah i think it happens sometimes, pretty sure it's probably because of lag or something like that.
