NOED Rework idea
* After hooking all 4 unique Survivors at least once, this perk activates.
* When Exit Gares are powered, Your movement speed is increased by 5% and you recover from succesfull and missed basic attacks 25% faster.
* Any Survivor who is put on any hook is sacrificed by the Entity no metter their previous stage on the hook.
Note: It would not be Hex anymore. Also I don't hate NOED and I am not Survivor main but I am just trying to me this perk more healthy, fair but still scary and powerull.
