Give Shadowborn an Additional Benefit
The FOV increase, while it feels nice, doesn't really do anything 99% of the time.
The FOV should just be a nice side benefit that feels good and the perk should have an additional effect. It doesn't need to be something crazy, just a little something like how they buffed WGLF
