Is Robin Buckley from Stranger Things 3 being teased?

Firstly, it was announced that the stranger things chapter would be leaving dead by daylight in november. However, at the end of their announcement post they said this :
We know that this means that you can no longer buy stranger things content from the store and the map will be disabled, however they do say this :
"No new content will be created after November 17th" which theoretically means they can still create new content and release it before then. It is unlikely, however, as this content would only be for sale for a short period of time.

This tweet comes off as a little strange and perhaps bittersweet. But could it be hinting towards something? If you don't know, in stranger things season 3 Steve Harrington worked at "Scoops-Ahoy", an ice cream parlour in star court mall with his co-worker and friend Robin Buckley. With that information it sounds almost like they are referencing this.
They also retweeted this today: Dead by Daylight ⛓ on Twitter: "🍦 Two scoops, please. 🧵 @MiladyConfetti @jasonsulli 📷 @Smalls2theWalls" / Twitter
In this retweet they show a cosplay of Robin and Steve (in the background) in their Scoops-Ahoy Outfit. I find this very strange because Robin is a character that is never referenced in dead by daylight.
What do you think? Is Dead by Daylight just promoting one of their licenses whilst they can or do they have a surprise for us?

We can only hope, but seeing as there are no leaks for an upcoming Nancy skin, I wouldn't hold your breath.

Maybe there is hope that he will get Robin but not Billy.
I doubt it will happen, unless Netflix allowed the go ahead for some cosmetics in the past which just haven't released yet. We do have until November if that's the case. I highly doubt it though
