I can see Hellbound Heart being a perk that everyone will ask to be nerfed in a heartbeat.

If it had an 80 second cool down I think that would help balance it.
The thing is that perk combo won’t be good but it would be really annoying when someone does get attacked by it. Survivors hate killer perks that reward the killer for doing the survivors’ objective like NOED so they’ll want it nerfed.
It would be horrible if it had that.

Terrible activate conditions.. Amd why tf would i want a DOWNED survivor to suffer from bleeding, hindred and exhaustion??? He cant do anything anyway.

Yes. He made The Cenobite concept as a red herring to distract people from it.
I like this however the second perk would probably crash you game
And the first one dosent need to be a hex.
