Is Hysteria Bugged?
So i noticed anytime you use an exposed Perk Hysteria doesn't work although Hysterias description is
Whenever you put a healthy Survivor into the Injured State , all injured Survivors suffer from the Oblivious Status Effect for 20/25/30 seconds. Hysteria has a cool-down of 30 seconds.
So something here doesn't make sense because when i downed a survivor even when the other survivors were injured it never went into cooldown but I'm not sure if it is working or not with Exposed is this a bug or intended?
If this is Intended could the description perhaps be updated in the future to make it clear.

When you down a survivor with an expose perk they dont pass the injured state they go directly in the dying state so historia dont activate for that reason.
You said it yourself.
When putting someone in the INJURED state, then it activates.
With Exposed, you put Survivors in the dying state no matter what.
So no, it doesn't work with Exposed.
