He is still so weak. You did not fixed him any problem. He is more annoying now at chases but also he is losing more time now. He is still one of the worst killers.
He needs rework because clearly he has so bad design.

He’s needed a rework since before the PTB tbh
Well he still needs this. Because he is still weak killer.
He has the legion problem and 1v1 syndrome where there weak as ######### in 1v4 but very strong and op in chase making it unfun for both sides
Oni Blight and Twins are special cause. Twins can split up and use 2 different styles to win and Oni and blight can traverse the map and pressure the others while also being good in a chase there great at 1v4
