Executioner Buff Ideas
His trails stay permanent but it's like the game snake. The further you go with it the oldest spot disappears. When survivors heal someone afflicted with wires they get it too. That right there would be a decent buff and he would still maybe put him in A tier.

He doesn’t need any buffs
His basekit is balanced now, the max he needs is less useless add ons and he is set for few years without change
The only thing PH needs is an add on pass (because most of his add ons do nothing.) His base kit is fine.
I mean if we compare his basekit to nurse and spirit is he even on par?
