Sprint burst idea.
I'm fine with how sprint burst is but in my opinion, it is definitley weaker than the rest of the other exhaustion perks. Would it be overpowered if instead of applying speed when you run, it instead gives sprint burst as a bonus to your speed when hit?

SB is already overpowered as hell.
This nerfs it considerably and is not a terrible idea.
Obvious bait is obvious.
You already get a Sprint Burst after getting hit with no punishment. Sprint Burst is fine as is.
