Nemesis' addons are too boring and uninspired. BHVR should spice him up

-Tremendously increase zombie movespeed for 30 seconds after a generator is repaired
-Survivors who are put into the dying state by a zombie while on the second hook stage are automatically sacrificed
Boom, that's only one change(and a rather irrelevant one lets be honest) but now we've got memes. I'm fine with Nemesis having no whip addons but at least give him more fun toys. Serotonin Injector is currently the only real fun addon imo
