Had some ideas for some Trapper add-ons.
Obviously some changes would need to be made, but these are just ideas.
Scent masking spray - very rare
A half empty bottle of scent masking spray, designed to help hunters sneak up on unsuspecting prey.
Whenever a survivor disarms a bear trap, gain Undetectable for ten seconds.
Bear Drawing - Rare
A drawing Evan made, depicting Archie MacMillan murdering his brother. It reminds Evan of the old lies his father used to tell him when they went out hunting.
Whenever a survivor steps in a bear trap, gain 5% Haste for six seconds.
Wide plate - rare
A wider plate than what is usually seen on bear traps, designed to make it harder to evade at the cost of reducing pressure on the springs.
Moderately decreases the stun duration when the Trapper steps into a bear trap.
Moderately increases bear trap radius.
Slightly increases escape chance.
camoflage paint set - Ultra rare
A set of various colored paints designed to mimic natural colors and weather harsh conditions.
Each individual bear trap is partially invisible before it has caught at least one survivor.

These are really good idea! I like that they kind of give you a reward for survivors stepping in traps across the map, which usually feels really bad (since it takes forever to get to them). These would be really good, fun addons, I think!
