New Map Offering Q?

So I've gone through several blood webs but I haven't found any new RE map offerings? It might be really bad RNG for me but I've lost count of how many blood webs I've completed just to try and find the new map offering.

Is this intentional or is this a bug? If they didn't put in the new map offering on purpose, could you please put it in?

    Pretty sure I have already seen an offering in my second match yesterday (at least my swf friend said it was used…)

    Maybe they have disabled the appearance in the bloodweb while the map itself is still disabled due to causing crashes? That or just unlucky RNG. I had the same with Mary’s letter for the Silent Hill map. Didn’t the that offering for a while
