scenario: you just prestiged your favorite character or a new one has been released but the perks you want to use just dont seem to show up (because there are so many)

well for a set amount of bloodpoints you can choose for a perk to show up 3 times in the bloodweb within 10 tries

it might seem like a bit much but 100k bloodpoints to guarantee tier 3 BBQ and chili on a new killer would be worthwhile to me

    This purchase system is becoming more stupid with every new characters and perk sets they release.

    They should rework it soon hopefully.
