Where do I report hacker?

Just faced agains impossible skillchecks, XX+ perks, no cooldown hits, etc. Wraith with of course name something like "XXXXXX......" - just a classic hacker. I got some screenshots out of it as a proves. Where can I report him other than in-game (allready reported)?

btw: his terror radius was also like whole map.
