Without a doubt Blight, although Hag comes in quite close to the title of "third best" killer. Blight is almost OP in the right hands. Not incredibly unfair and unmatchable, but close to it in certain cases. I'd also argue that Oni can be quite menacing when used correctly.
Broken Shackles Hag -> Blight -> Hag i'd say. It's honestly 99% of the reason blight is "third best" killer is shutting down the hold W / M1 meta, wich is sad, cos his power isn't amazing in loops.
I've seen competitive Hag trials and played against wannabe comp teams that like to bully randoms, she's not that great now that survivors have learned patience.
Yay, a 40 minute trial and you still lose at the end of it. How fun.

Definitely either Blight or Hag, to me I'd say Blight as he can't be countered by an item, he doesnt have to set up early on and he's a 115 killer.

With Freddy's nerf, he went down the list by one spot, which means that now my baby boy Doctor is the third strongest killer. At least in my opinion.
