From the description it reads like they are limited and once they are gone, they are gone.
Very nice in Solo Queue, cant wait for my random teammates to waste the vaccines by using them as fast as possible. :]
Can one survivor use them all? If so that's horrible for solo q.

turns out you can pick them up and hoard them for yourself, you dont even have to be sick to open them or carry them around
Nothing is stopping a single survivor from opening and using all 4 vaccines.
I feel like there should be more be than just 4 since they don't respawn.
That's terrible design for solo q then. Hopefully they reconsider that and make it limited per survivor instead of per match.
